From an engineering perspective, I am well-experienced in the Project Development, Mining, and Transport processes under the Core Business Processes. I am also well-experienced in the Engineering and Technical Services processes associated with the Support Business Processes in the mining value chain.

Johan Bruwer
I am a certified mechanical engineer, with close to 30 years of experience in the open-pit and underground mining industry. I have an extensive knowledge and understanding of maintenance management of hydropower systems and conventional- and mechanised mining equipment (surface and underground) and extensive experience in the construction, maintenance, and optimization of vertical-, incline-, and decline shaft systems and metallurgical plant equipment and operations.
